I spent the morning riding with Heidi, the St. Louis area sales rep. She had to pick up some Imagine It! samples from St. Louis Charter School and bribed me to go along by taking me out to breakfast. We did get some face time with the principal and an adoption in grade 2 or grade 3 could be in our future. The short meeting with him was not as positive as we had hoped. He was unsure of when or if they would be purchasing anything anytime soon.
Then we went to breakfast at First Watch. I tried to stay on points and ordered off the healthy menu. I had an egg white omelet with veggies, a side of fruit and an English muffin. Very yummy and pretty low in points. I had yogurt and fruit for an afternoon snack and just couldn't resist sampling the new peanut buttercup Smart Ones dessert I bought at the grocery store a few days ago. I have plans to go walking with Liz this evening, so I will burn those points away!
I heard from Ken's Aunt Dixie through email today and she is excited about my upcoming visit to Minneapolis. I am excited too! Next week will be busy. I just realized I will visit 4 states in a week beginning with a trip to Leavenworth, KS this coming Thursday and Friday. I better get back to studying Imagine It! pre-k. I also made a trip to Heidi's storage this morning so I could pick up some pre-k materials to study. It is nice to have her living so close!
