I have neglected my Blog because I have been very busy. It all began with a two day trip to Leavenworth, Kansas on June 4 and 5. My co-worker Kimberly and I arrived early on Thursday morning so we could help our manager Jill set up the training rooms. The training was on Friday, June 5. Since this was a rather large training, we borrowed Kimberly and Sue from Florida. Mary Jo and Mary M were also asked to help train. It was nice to see everyone and we enjoyed catching up and telling funny training stories over dinner at the hotel. Marisa, Stephanie, and Carol were working in a nearby district so they joined us for dinner.
The teachers and staff in Leavenworth were outstanding and a joy to work with! I trained Pre-K and K and we had a blast. I really connected with the teachers and they were excited about Imagine It! What a wonderful way to begin the summer training season!
